We are a couple from Switzerland and have 5 adult children. We live in the part of the house in the very west, the other three we rent to vacation guests from all over the world.
It was love at first sight when we drove up to the "Mas des Lavendes" for the first time. In the meantime, we have settled completely in Provence. Here we are realizing our dream: a life in the countryside with lots of space and peace.
With a lot of joy we look after our vacation guests, take care of the big garden with lavender, olive trees and truffle oaks and enjoy the many cultural offers in the region. Together with good friends we harvest our olives every November and produce our own cold-pressed organic olive oil.
It is not only a house with a pool and a big garden - it is a brilliant concept of life for us. We are happy to share our little paradise with our big family, friends and guests and to experience unforgettable beautiful moments together.
The former hosts
Manu & Sylvie
Sylvie and Manu, the former owners and our newfound dear friends, bought the 19th century mas from a grape grower 20 years ago.
Manu then lovingly renovated the entire house himself in countless hours of work. Sylvie furnished the apartments with high quality furniture and accessories in a mix of styles from Provence and Indonesia.
They planted the garden with over 200 olive trees and chênes truffiers (truffle oaks) and hundreds of lavender bushes. To match, the large oval pool and pool house - also created by Manu himself.
With their warm and competent manner, they have successfully rented out the house parts. Many guests have become regulars and friends.
We are happy and grateful that we can take over and continue your life's work!
